1: H13 steel introduction
H13 Tool Steel is chromium hot work tool steels which are widely used in hot and cold work tooling applications. H13tool steel is classified as group H steels by the AISI classification system. This series of steels start from H1 to H19. Due to H13 tool steel excellent combination of high toughness and fatigue resistance, AISI H13 hot work tool steel is used more than any other tool steel in tooling applications.

4: H13 steel mechanical properties
The mechanical properties mainly include tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, area or reduction, hardness, impact value, non-metalic inclusion etc. Different heat treatment, the mechanical properties will be different, such as normalized, tempered, QT. For hot forged bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed rough turned/Black surface.
For hot rolled bar, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed, Black surface.
For hot forged plate, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed, milled surface
For hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed, black surface.
