1: 1.1140 steel introduction
    1.1140 is a special steel material, specifically, it is a tungsten molybdenum series of general cobalt-containing high-speed steel. This material has better machinability by improving the red hardness and high temperature hardness, and improving the wear resistance. However, its strength and impact toughness are relatively low, and it is prone to oxidation and decarbonization.

    For hot forged  bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/solid solution, rough turned/Black surface.
    For hot rolled bar, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed/solid solution, Black surface.
    For hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed/solid solution, black surface.

    For cold drawn bar, usually the delivery condition is cold drawn, annealed/QT, peeled/black surface
