1: DIN 1.3345 steel introduction
1.3345 is a tool steel material with high hardness, high wear resistance and high heat resistance.1.3345 has high hardness, high wear resistance and high heat resistance. Its hardness can reach 65~70 HRC, excellent wear resistance, and can maintain the sharpness of the edge in high-speed cutting processing. At the same time, 1.3345 has good high temperature resistance, and can maintain its hardness and strength in a high temperature environment.

6: Heat Treatment
1.3345 has good heat treatment properties and can be treated by normalizing, quenching and tempering to achieve the required hardness and toughness. The normalizing temperature is generally between 850°C and 900°C, the quenching temperature is 1150°C to 1200°C, and the tempering temperature is 550°C to 600°C.
For hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed, black surface.
