For hot forged bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, normalized/Normalized/Q+T, rough turned/Black surface.
For hot rolled bar, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, normalized/Annealed/Q+T, Black surface.
For hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, black surface.
